Architectural design and interior
Located in Denmark’s northern coastline of Zealand this summer house is designed to blend seamlessly with its pine wood surroundings. Constructed from local stone, the house features distinct volumes designated for specific functions, including bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas, which are interconnected by transparent glass structures that offer panoramic views of the ocean and the lush greenery. The interior is characterized by polished concrete flooring, complemented by warm timber accents, custom furniture, and textured fabric ceilings, creating an atmosphere of comfort and sophistication. Outdoor areas are thoughtfully designed with stone landscaping leading to the beach and timber pergolas that provide shade and aesthetic continuity between the various structures. The visual harmony is maintained throughout the site with secondary buildings like the garage and sauna crafted from the same timber materials.
